How do you overcome and rebuild yourself after burnout? | Damian Zammit Human Engineer at ReBuilding Burnout | Ep #6

Damian is fascinated by human behaviour and is on a mission to help people achieve their full potential in a healthy and sustainable way.

After working long hours, seven days a week with excess travel, Damien experienced severe health issues which led to burnout, to the point where he couldn’t even lift his head from the pillow.

“I got caught up on the treadmill trying to out hustle and out-maneuver people, and as a consequence, I ended up in the hospital”

Throughout his career, he’s worked in many training and mentoring positions as well as Change Management.

Damian is now a Human Engineer at Rebuilding Burnout.

Rebuilding Burnout is designed for high-performance individuals, working in fast-paced environments, to manage and avoid burnout.

What you will learn in today’s episode:

  • The signs to look for before you reach burnout
  • How to hit the reset button
  • Things you can do every single day to look after your mental and physical wellbeing.
  • Plus much more.
